A private link to start
A memorial starts as a private link. It is not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index it. Anyone you give the link to can see it. You can replace the link at any time, and the old one stops working.
You can make it public whenever you like, and private again.
Tributes, only after you approve them
Family and friends can leave a few words and a photo, without an account. Nothing appears until you approve it, and declined tributes are never shown.
Posts from urPetCommunity
Off unless you turn them on, and then only posts that are already public there. You can hide any post from the memorial.
Kept, not erased
If you end a memorial it stops being visible, but nothing in their record is deleted.
